Order Modifications & Cancellations

Custom Orders

For custom-made carpets, you will receive detailed specifications and, where possible, preview images before production begins. Custom orders are generally non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects or significant deviation from agreed specifications.

All prices listed on Carpica are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur.

Price Accuracy

• Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement
• If a pricing error is discovered before shipment, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel
• Shipping charges are calculated separately and shown at checkout
• Applicable taxes are included in the displayed price unless otherwise noted

Product Availability

Handmade carpets are crafted in limited quantities. While we update inventory regularly, products may sell out. If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

All content on the Carpica website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, product photographs, design elements, and descriptions, is owned by Carpica or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Copyright & Trademarks

• The Carpica name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks

Damages Limitation
